RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS
OUR RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATION QUESTIONS
Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in unworn, saleable condition within 14 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing slip. Full refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
No refunds or returns can be made at any store that sales Bagata merchandise. You must send it to the address provided by Bagata. Customized and modified pieces are considered final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Discounted pieces are also always final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS I BOUGHT?
Please log in into your account and follow the steps provided.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after it has been shipped from our distribution center. All returns must be sent to the address provided by Bagata Jewels, LLC at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity. Return address slips have been provided together with your packing slip for your convenience.
To secure proof of your return we recommend that you always save the receipt from the courier of the fact that you have handed over the parcel.
Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund to you as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AND WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME?
After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process a refund within 10 working days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and have processed it.
After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 6-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order.
MY RETURN WAS PROCESSED BUT I WASN'T REFUNDED MY DELIVERY CHARGE?
We are sorry, but the shipping cost you originally paid is non-refundable. However, if we sent you the wrong item or something defective, we will of course refund your shipping costs.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED AN INCORRECT AMOUNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are very sorry if we have refunded you the wrong amount. Please let us know as soon as possible to take action on the matter. Give us your order number and the required refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the shipping charge.

As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. We aim to process a refund within 10 workdays. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 14 days after your parcel has been collected, please get in touch with customer service, and we will investigate.
